Rarible NFT marketplace has recently added support for assets issued on the Polygon second-tier network.
The integration has brought the number of platforms used by the protocol to four, along with Ethereum, Tezos and Flow.
Rarible has said that as part of the partnership, the NFT and gaming division of Polygon Studios will provide technical and marketing support. Alexei Falin, CEO of Rarible, said:
“As the protocol continues to evolve into a platform for NFT developers, the help from Polygon Studios will be extremely helpful.”
The marketplace team also announced the launch of their own multi-chain wallet. The solution will allow users to use different networks:
“We know firsthand how inconvenient it is to enter and exit wallets that store collectible tokens covering several blockchains.”
The platform is ranked 17th by DappRadar with a trading volume of $1.64 million over the past 30 days. The leader, OpenSea, has $2.64 billion.
