Truth Social Joins ETF Race with Diversified Crypto Fund

Amid growing institutional crypto demand, Truth Social has filed for an ETF tracking Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Cronos, and XRP—with BTC making up 70% of holdings.

The proposed “Crypto Blue Chip ETF” will operate as a Nevada trust, managed by Yorkville America Digital, and aims for a NYSE Arca listing.

Unlike regulated investment funds, it avoids CFTC oversight, instead using bulk share redemptions (10,000 at a time) to maintain pricing efficiency.
