Truth Social Files for Bitcoin ETF Through NYSE Arca

Donald Trump’s Truth Social platform has taken steps toward launching a Bitcoin ETF through a NYSE Arca filing with the SEC.

The proposed fund would track Bitcoin’s price and be managed by Yorkville America Digital.

Parent company Trump Media & Technology Group, which operates both Truth Social and crypto investment arm Truth.Fi, recently gained approval to invest up to $250 million in Bitcoin and other digital assets.

The ETF filing represents the latest expansion of Trump Media’s cryptocurrency ambitions.
