Binance to Launch Crypto Payments in Kyrgyzstan

Binance has joined forces with the Kyrgyzstan government to introduce crypto payment systems and launch blockchain education initiatives in the country.

This partnership aims to build crypto payment solutions and initiate educational programs on blockchain, helping Kyrgyzstan embrace this technology while fostering a tech-savvy society.

The agreement was formalized at the first meeting of the Council for the Development of Digital Assets, attended by President Sadyr Japarov. As part of the plan, Binance will introduce Binance Pay in Kyrgyzstan, enabling locals and tourists to use crypto for everyday transactions.

The collaboration also focuses on expanding blockchain knowledge in the country. Through Binance Academy, in partnership with governmental bodies and banks, Kyrgyzstan plans to create impactful blockchain courses for its citizens, enhancing financial literacy and supporting local Web3 innovations.
