Canary Capital Files to List a PENGU ETF

Canary Capital, a Nashville-based ETF issuer, is seeking regulatory approval to list a fund focused on Pudgy Penguins (PENGU).

On Thursday, Canary Capital submitted an S-1 form to the US Securities and Exchange Commission for its Canary PENGU ETF, which will include both the PENGU token and NFTs from the well-known Ethereum collection.

PENGU, the Solana-based token for the Pudgy Penguins NFT project, launched in January and initially surged in value before sharply declining like many other meme coins. Currently, it is priced 90% below its post-launch high of $0.068, according to CoinGecko data.
